You’ve been in the same job for over 5 years. Your role has been the same. Clock in, clock out. Your boss is nice. Your colleagues are perfect. But you basically can do the job with your eyes shut! If you’re hitting your 40’s, you should seriously consider your current situation. Because by the time you’re 45+ and 10+ years in the same job, employers are less likely to consider you.
